How long will it take to achieve your goals?
Everyone is different and it depends on where you are at and where you want to go. After the initial 12 week course we’ll assess where you are at. If you’re not at your goal you’ll have the knowledge to continue and we also offer on-going coaching options.

Why do you work with people for a minimum of 12 weeks?
We want to see you succeed. In order to do that we need enough time. In the initial 12 weeks we’re accomplishing 2 things: Delivery of education and creating new lifestyle habits.

What is my investment on the course?

On-line group coaching,  with starter kits tailored to you and your budget. 
Plus 12 payments of $49 (which can be paid upfront, before each session or as discussed with your coach)

Personalised one on one coaching, with starter kits tailored to you and your budget. 
Starter Kits consist of supplements such as high potency vitamins and minerals, essential oils, herbs, probiotics and foods.  This will vary per client.  Ranging from $475 - $1200. 
Plus 12 payments of $85 (which can be paid before each session, or as discussed with your coach).
